Psychological Flow

Dr Csikszentmihalyi describes the psychological flow. Psychological flow is a state in which every action, every decision, led seamlessly and fluidly to the next.


It is not just about feeling good, but it actually chains your bran. When you are in a flow state, that judgmental part of yourself, the inner critic turns off. Endorphins and serotonin increase when we are in a flow state.


One of my favourite ways to get into psychological flow is running or painting.


There are so many other activities that can get you into a flow state.
